One Final Opportunity for Retention & Infant Incentive Grants

We have good news!

We heard from many providers about how much the Retention Grants and Infant Incentive Grants have helped their programs. Because of that, the Reno County Child Care Task Force continued looking for ways to make the greatest impact with the remaining ARPA dollars. We asked for permission to move the remaining funds from other parts of the grant into the Retention Grants and Infant Incentive Grants.

We are excited to share that our request was approved. This means we can offer one final round of Retention Grants and Infant Incentive Grants before all ARPA funding has been fully spent.

Eligibility

This funding is for children who were in your care between January 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026 (Quarter 1).

Applications are open now and close on July 31, 2026.

Because this is the final round of ARPA funding, the application window is shorter than usual.

Audit Requirement

ARPA rules require random audits of some applications. Please make sure all information you submit is accurate and that you have records to support your application if selected for an audit.
